The Arch of Savings

We're back North after a week in DC and our bodies are on detox from the crap we ate. Stop asking why the economically disadvantaged and urban-confined population suffer from obesity/heart disease/diabetes trifecta epidemic. The answer is the golden arch. It's simply the best deal in town, hand down. For the cost of a sandwich elsewhere you can buy two full meals. While in DC for 5 days we ate there 7 time. 7 times! And saved I-dunno-how-much-exactly-but-a-whole-lot of money. In addition to supporting the global chain we had assorted junk that didn't serve us well in energy production. But we're back now and detoxing.

Last week's bread lasagna, with a side of TJ's green beans, is in the plan for tonight's dinner at my parents' house. My awesome cousin is coming over from NJ to join us.
