A nice guy from said Burrito chain wrote back to say sorry they didn't have any plans for Lancaster but to keep checking their website.
At least I have a name and contact to harass. I now need to build my marketing plan.
I am trying to create a home version of the vegetarian fajita burrito. My first notion was to lightly flavor the rice with chopped cilantro, little canola oil and salt. It had the essence but needs some work.
