Personality testing for jobs is: Bad, Good, Annoying and pointless
I don't know if its thinking outside the box, a reverse corporate ladder climb, or a little of both, but I've now applied for jobs at two supermarkets and two drugstores. Their online psychological questionnaires are a joke. I know this because if they worked, customer service would be excellent and stores wouldn't be losing millions of dollars to internal theft each year.
I don't think I would mind making sandwiches or filling prescriptions and fighting with insurance companies. These are things I do on a daily basis for no pay already.
