I came across an awesome 12 minute / 60 Minutes segment about Alice Waters/Chez Panisse/and her Edible Schoolyard. Though I never got the chance to eat at the restaurant when I lived in SF, I am proud that one of my awesome friends is a teacher in the schoolyard, and another is about to start an internship at the restaurant. No names :)
Its kinda inspiring to watch and we all need a reminder about how important healthy food is. I especially like her justification for the higher prices of organic, locally grown food
