My kitchen is a, for lack of ability to avoid cliches today, three-ring circus. I've ventured to create a meal including:Barbequed Pork (Turkey!) Burgers with Slaw
Serrano Chili and Cilantro Cornbread
and
Roasted Acorn Squash (Microwave Style)
I had plans for Tofu Chocolate Pudding, but that will only happen after dinner if I have the energy.
I would love and highly benefit from a kitchen where you can scoot around on a stool with wheels at counter-height.
